Broken Arrow Senior Karis

I asked her where she wanted to go for her second location, expecting her to choose a classic second location like a pretty park or a spot with a different feel other than downtown Tulsa. Nope, Karis was content to stay among the city buildings for the full two hours of her photoshoot. Awesome! I have often said I could be happy with hours and hours of photoshoot time in downtown Tulsa and I would never run out of spots to take pictures… the options are varied and endless! This Broken Arrow High School senior and I made the most out of two full hours downtown for her Senior Photoshoot Experience.

Karis is pretty care-free and flexible, she’s super sweet, and really fun to be around. We laughed a lot during her photoshoot and her go-with-the-flow attitude made my job so easy! Karis loves the color mint green, watching movies, and hanging out with her friends. She is on the cross country team and enjoys doing track with her friends from school. Outside of school she can be found, you guessed it, with her friends, hanging out at a park or skating. Karis seems to be very much a people-person… she talked about doing things with those she cares about. I couldn’t help but to think what an awesome friend Karis would make!

Starting off in front of the Historic Bank building in downtown Tulsa, Karis just nailed it right away! We captured some of the remaining parts of fall in the Williams Green Park where the trees were a beautiful golden yellow. After an outfit change, Karis twirled down the middle of the street with the BOK Tower in the background. We found a decently clean but also very windy alley way for a grunge look and promptly turned around to a very stately building for a higher end feel to her background. Honestly, she looks like a queen sitting on those steps, don’t you think?! After her second outfit change, we walked down the middle of the street toward the Vault. Then we snapped some really cool shots in front of the green brick wall and went to a nearby rooftop. As the sun set, Karis just slayed her last few minutes in an epic photo-finish on the square rooftop!
